Scribble Signature
The real "proof of delivery" is composed of three pieces of information provided by the recipient:
The actual signature.
The printed name.
The time signed.
The "actual signature is rarely necessary, unless something happens in court, when you'll be glad you had one, and you have kept the paper deposited safely.
The "printed name" and the "time signed" are the two pieces of information that you will be asked for again and again, so might as well pass them on the controller once you've received.
This is just as important as maintaining contact with the controller. It is absolutely central to the service provided by the customer enterprise messaging - immediate collection and delivery service with guaranteed proof of delivery for each job. If you are unable to obtain a Pod employment as a result of your actions of the courier company does not reach the customer.
There are certain circumstances in which it is simply impossible you get a pod. You may be engaged in a private address and arriving to find no one, for example. In practice what often happens is that the person receiving sending scribble something illegible on your paper, perhaps in the wrong place and give it back. The best way to solve this problem is to ask their names (May, they even have a name badge) and print it for them and now (using the clock 24 hours) and date.
